The Building Relationships through Intergenerational Dialogue, Growth, Empathy, and Support (BRIDGES) project is a prevention-focused initiative designed to strengthen parent-child relationships among immigrant and racialized families in Saddle Ridge by providing culturally responsive workshops and interactive activities that foster communication, trust, resilience, and belonging within families while enhancing protective factors linked to youth mental health and well-being.
