NDS Initiative

Funded by the City of Calgary, the Nurturing Diversity of Seniors (NDS) initiative aims to bring seniors from different racialized communities together and share their cultures, cuisine, and lived experiences to foster intercultural and intergenerational learning and promote diversity and increase respect for each others cultures. The initiative also brings the indigenous community to the event to learn about Indigenous culture, truth and reconciliation, and their lived experiences.
