RISE Initiative

Funded by the Federal Government of Canada, the Reconnecting Immigrant Seniors through Engagement (RISE) initiative aims to support healthy aging, celebrate diversity, and promote inclusion among immigrant seniors.

The program hosts a variety of activities including awareness sessions, intercultural tours, celebration events, engagement in land-based activities, and storytelling sessions that encourage participation and community connection.
