SAGE Initiatives

Funded by the United Way of Calgary and Area, the Seniors’ Activities for Growth and Engagement (SAGE) initiative aims to promote social inclusion for vulnerable seniors by connecting them to nature and celebrating their experiences through storytelling, awards, and cross-cultural interactions.

The project is rooted in the Mohkinstsis initiative, which focuses on empowering local communities by honoring Blackfoot people and their connection to the land.
